It was a satisfying and fulfilling experience playing Diablo III. My first introduction to the iconic-titular character came in Heroes of the Storm; aside from drooling over the Diablo II Battle Chest at the now defunct Circuit City almost fifteen years ago. My PC back then just wasn’t strong enough to handle the game. Now years later I had a chance to play the third

installment in the highly praised series. Heroes of the Storm rekindled my long lost hunger to explore the Diablo world and kill demons in the various fashions available.

I immediately regretted not putting the effort into playing Diablo, and Diablo II when they were at the pinnacle of the gaming world. But better late than never right? Sort of? No? Okay..

I’ve been a fan of RPGs, as well as hack and slash games my entire gaming life, my two favorite being Final Fantasy IX, and Elders Scrolls V: Skyrim, which is the closest thing I’ve played to a dungeon crawl game till Diablo III.
Diablo III picks up where the last game left off, with the main characters attempting to rid the world of the Seven Great Evils; three Prime Evils, and four Lesser Evils respectively. Thus ridding the world of evil for good. Yea, good luck with that. (Soylent Evil is people!!!)

My greed for legendary items and periodic increase in the damage dealt, kept me going through the game, and before I knew it I was done. But that didn’t stop me, as I quickly restarted the game, and before I knew it, I was putting in the Blizzard key for the expansion: Reaper of Souls!

The game was a great success for Blizzard, setting the record for the fastest selling PC game, with 3.5 million copies sold within the first 24 hours, and 6.3 million sold within the first week!

I’m incredibly late to the party, but very glad, I showed up. Since Diablo III has become one of the best games I’ve played this year.

Diablo III is now available on PC, PS3/4, Xbox 360/One!
